Maghull’s newest fuel station will be opening in autumn – after an impressive £5 millions investment by Euro Garages.
The Blackburn based company obtained planning permission for the development on School Lane in October; construction of the fuel station and a Starbucks drive thru is currently underway with both expected to open in September 2021 – both are well placed for junction 1 of the M58 which opened recently.
A spokesman for the company commented:
“Dates do tend to change due to external factors and any dates given are a rough lead.
“Construction of further drive thru restaurants will follow, though at this time we cannot confirm the end user.
“We are excited for the opportunity this development will bring with regards to enhancement of roadside services as well as job creation for local residents, as we always look to hire locally in the areas in which we operate.”
