Lancashire mounted police officer Sgt James Cooper caught blowing smoke in a horses face

Lancashire police have made a public announcement about their successful policing of Ormskirk on mischief night on their own Facebook page, but it appears that their own officers were also up to some mischief themselves…

A video has surfaced of Lancashire police Sergeant James Coopers blowing smoke in his horse face.  The incident has been reported to the police.

Sgt Cooper was one of the mounted police attending Ormskirk on mischief night, the CCTV was discovered after Lancashire police took it upon themselves to park their horsebox across private business premises, without permission, that was covered by CCTV.

Lancashire police also left horse excrement behind for the local businesses to clean up.

This has been flattened by cars and spread across the private businesses car park and some has even been trampled into the local business premises.

Lancashire police have so far refused to clean up their mess from the private property.
